About The Event

Give yourself a treat on this special Menopause Yoga Day Retreat.

You'll enjoy:

a.  Women's Circle discussions in the company of other women going through menopause, share experiences and knowledge;

b.  Special yoga poses (active and restorative), Breathing techniques, Mindful Meditation, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to help you manage your individual menopaue symptoms;

c. Learn how nutrition can help mnage your symptoms and improve your hormone balance, healthy mind and body.

d. Take home a tool kit of techniques to use.

You'll be sent handout sheets with simple yoga sequences to pracrtice at home and advice on general nutrition, natural remedies and supplements to support your mind, body and emotions.
