FREE Live Talk with Jo Darling from MENOPOISED June 17th

Join Jo Darling, the acclaimed traditional Chinese medicine practitioner, acupuncturist and founder of Menopoised, in conversation with Petra Coveney creator of Menopause Yoga. 

In this 30 minute talk, Jo will be talking about the traditional Chinese medicine concept of Second Spring and her organic natural creams and magnets for hot flushes, which have bveen featured in national magazines such as Helo! , Woman and Top Sante. There will be time to ask Jo questions too.

This is a FREE talk but you need to book tickets.

Brighton-based Jo Darling will be joining as a guest speaker on Petra's 2nd Menopause Yoga teachers training retreat at Florence House, Seaford, Sussex, on August 21-25th.
