About The Event

As women move from perimenopause to post m,enoipause, our energy becomes more aligned with the seasons of the year rather than the cycles of the Moon.   Learning to listen to our bodies is essential and to embrace the shifts in energy that come witheach season.

In this 4-hour Spring workshop, the focus is on the coming Spring season and how we can awaken our bodies, feeling more open and energised to greet the Spring. If we practice yoga with the seasons, it helps us to prepare physically and emporionally for the coming Second Spring - our post menopause.

Guided by Petra Coveney - founder of Menopause Yoga - you'll practice:

-  simple yoga stretches, 

- energising breathing techniques,

- meditation techniques 

- setting intentions,

....all to  re-kindle your energy and zest for life.

There will be a Women's Circle discussion and opportunities for a Q&A.

You'll also receive general guidelines on nutrition, natural remedies and self-care to support your wellbeing in Spring.
