July 25th (Day Two): 

The second day of this special weekend of workshops with Newson Health Menopause & Wellbeing centre will focus on general guidance on managing Stress and improving Sleep, nutritional advice, natural remedies and specialist yoga and meditation practices for the management of menopause symptoms Anxiety, Insomnia, Fatigue and feeling Overwhelmed. Speaker Petra Coveney, Founder Menopause Yoga.
