Join Petra Coveney founder of Menopause Yoga, for this Menopause Yoga 2.45-hour workshop focussed on developing Strength & Empowerment. It is open to ALL women but it helps if you have practised some yoga before. 100 % of funds raised will be donated to the Disasters Emergency Committee for Ukraine

About The Event
As we transition through the menopause, the decline in oestrogen and testosterone can affect our bone density, muscles strength and heart health. This Menopause Yoga workshop looks at how we can look after our bodies using nutrition, natural remedies, HRT and Menopause Yoga.
The workshop includes a 90 minute MY class for Strength & Empowerment that is specially designed to build bone density, muscles mass, cardio vascular fitness and can also lift a low mood and leave you feeling revitalised.
The yoga practice is suitable for all women and all stages of the menopause. However, it is helpful if you have pactised some yoga previously.
Participants will receive a pdf handout after the workshop with tips and techniques.
Petra is a meber of the British Menopause Society, a senior teacher and trainer for the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance Professioanls. She is authjor of the teacher training book 'Menopause Yoga - A Holistic Guide To Supporting Women On Theirt Menopause Journey,' and trains teachers all over the world.
