Online Menopause Yoga & Wellbeing Workshop from July 24th, 25th & 26th. This special weekend of workshops include:
July 24th (Day One): general guidance on HRT and women’s health as well as nutritional advice, natural remedies and specialist yoga and meditation practices for the management of menopause symptoms Hot Flushes, Night Sweats, Anger and Irritability. Speakers Dr Sarah Ball, Newson Health and Petra Coveney, Founder of Menopause Yoga.
July 25th (Day Two): general guidance on managing Stress and improving Sleep, nutritional advice, natural remedies and specialist yoga and meditation practices for the management of menopause symptoms Anxiety, Insomnia, Fatigue and feeling Overwhelmed. Speaker Petra Coveney, Founder Menopause Yoga.
July 26th (Day Three): general guidance on managing Mood swings and Weight with an interactive lunchtime cooking session with nutritionist Emma Ellice-Flint, author of Happy Hormone Cookbook. This workshop also includes natural remedies and specialist uplifting yoga poses and meditation practices for the management of Low Mood, Energy and Digestion. Speakers nutritionist Emma Ellice-Flint and Petra Coveney, Founder of Menopause Yoga.
