Enjoy a six hour day retreat at London's premier yoga studio where you'll learn yoga, breathing and meditation techniques to help you manage menopause symptoms. This special event includes: nutritional advice, natural remedies, ayurvedic approaches as well as self-care, sex and relationships.

About The Event
Your body is experiencing a deep transformational process that can have a physical, mental and emotional impact, as well as affect your work and relationships. By coming together we realise that we are not alone, can share experiences, and learn techniques to manage your symptoms.
You'll leave the day retreat feeling uplifted and with a toolkit of techniques to support you on your menopause journey.
Please bring a notebook to write down important information and a bottle of water. There will be a lunch break so you can either bring your own food or enjoy delicious food from Triyoga's in house cafe.
