Give yourself a treat on this special Menopause Yoga Day Retreat, led by Petra Coveney (the Founder of Menopause Yoga) and Ali masterman - a specialist in Restorative Yoga.

This specially themed day retreat will help you release stagnant energy and tension held within the body during Winter, and close with a nourishing restorative yoga session to help you soften into deep rest. 

You'll enjoy the benefits of:

a.  Women's Circle discussions in the company of other women going through menopause, share experiences and knowledge;

b.  Specially adapted yoga poses (active and restorative), Breathing techniques, Mindful Meditation, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to help you manage your menopause symptoms;
