About The Event

Give yourself a treat on this special Menopause Yoga Day Retreat, led by Petra Coveney - the Founder of Menopause Yoga who is a Senior Teacher and Teacher Trainer for both the Brirtish Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance Professionals.

You'll enjoy the benefits of:

a.  Women's Circle discussions in the company of other women going through menopause, share experiences and knowledge;

b.  Specially adapted yoga poses (active and restorative), Breathing techniques, Mindful Meditation, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to help you manage your menopause symptoms;

c. Learn how nutrition can help mnage your symptoms and improve your hormone balance, healthy mind and body.

d. Take home a tool kit of techniques to use.

Tghis evcent is onloy iopen to wopmen who are currently going through a stage of menopause. If you are NOT in The Menopause, please attend the day retreat in February.
