Enjoy six hours of relaxing yoga, breathing practices and mindful meditation to help you manage menopause symptoms such as hot flushes, stress and anxiety, insomnia.
You'll also learn important information about nutrition, natural remedies, ayurvedic approaches, products to promote self-care and improve sex and relationships.
You'll benefit from the support of other women who are also going through perimenopause and menopause and leave with a toolkit of techniques to use at home.
Bring a bottle of water and a a notebook and pen.
