This 4 hour workshop will include a group discussion, a 90 minute yoga, breathing and meditation practice, and information on: ayurveda, natural remedies, nutrition, sexual relations, the latest scientific research and Hormone Replacement Therapy.
Wear stretchy clothes for yoga exercise.
