About The Event

Join Petra Coveney - founder of Menopause Yoga and author of book 'Menopause Yoga - A Holistic Guide to Supporting Women On Their Menopause Journey,' for a 4-hour online winter workshop.

Working with nature's seasons, Petra will lead you through a winter yoga sequence designed for Menopause to help you rest, relax and restore your energy. 

There will be slow flowing simple movement, longer held restorative poses with blabkets, cushions and bolsters to help you feel nourished and nurtured at this stage of life.

Symptoms associated with winter are overwhelm, anxiety, and insomnia and daytime fatigue that be part of a vicious cycle that leads us into poor eating habits and negative thought patterns.

Petra's classes are designed to leave you feeling rested and ready for a good night of sleep later or to go about the rest of your daily life.

Petra will also share trusted information on nutrition and natural remedies that can help with sleep issues, and guide your  through meditations and journal writing.

Places on this course are limited to 20 women.
