About The Event
Jopin Petra Coveney - founder of Menopause Yoga (the world's first menopause specific yoga practice and author of book 'Menopause Yoga - A Holistic Guide to Supporting Women On Their Menopause Journey.'
This workshop is focussed on anxiety, overwhelm, sleep and fatigue.
Petra will guide you through:
- a women's circle discussion,
- a talk on nurtition, natural remedies and supplements that can help to alleviate some of your symptoms.
- a 90 minute yoga practice.
You will also receive a one page summary handout of the tips and techniques you learn about in the workshop.
This workshop is open to all women - but will be of most benefit for women who are in a stage of the menopause from POI, peri, meno and piost menopause.
