Give yourself a treat on this special Menopause Yoga Day Retreat.
You'll enjoy:
a. Â Women's Circle discussions in the company of other women going through menopause, share experiences and knowledge;
b. Â Special yoga poses (active and restorative), Breathing techniques, Mindful Meditation, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to help you manage your individual menopaue symptoms;
c. Learn how nutrition can help mnage your symptoms and improve your hormone balance, healthy mind and body.
d. Take home a tool kit of techniques to use.
PLEASE NOTE: This Day Retreat was due to be held in person at Meadowlark Yoga Studio in Edinburgh, but is now being taught online due to Covid-19 restrictions. However, you may enjoy meeting other women from Scotland and further afield on this special event and make connections with other awesome women.
