Enjoy three hours learning ways to manage the main symptoms of menopause using Yoga, Mindfulness and Breathwork with guidance on Wellbeing including nutrition, natural remedies and information on HRT.
These positive, life-enhancing workshops include a women's circle discussion with an opportunity to share experiences and learn from each other. You will receive a booklet on Menopause Yoga so that you can practice at home and sample some delicious nutritious treats.
