Enjoy a special 60 minute Menopaue Yoga class with Restorative yoga poses, Deep Yin stretches, stress releasing Breathwork and a guided Meditation to alleviate adrenal Fatigue and promote deeper Sleep with techniques for overcoming Insomnia.
These symptoms are comon during peri to post menopause but have different causes at different stages.
- a yoga mat
- 1-2 blankets
- a yoga bolster or two long cushions
- yoga bricks/ blocks or thick books (dictionaries and cookery books are best)
- a yoga belt/ strap or any belt that can easily be opened and closed.
You'll leave feeling ready for bed and a good night's sleep. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
NOTE: Eat 1-2 hours before the class and do not eat a meal afterwards.
