MY Weekly Class - Anxiety & Overwhelm

About The Event
These weekly clases are open to women who are experiencing menopausal symptoms. This week's class looks at Anxiety and Overwhelm, which are most common during menopause. The class includes:
- Women's Circle discussion
- Specialist yoga practice - this involves gentle flowing movement and restorative poses.
- Calming Breathing technqiues
- Meditation techniques to helps focus the mind.
You'll leave this class feeling calmer and more mentally focussed. Practising yoga in the company of other women can feel supportive and reminds us that we are NOT alone.
