About The Event
These weekly clases are open to women who are experiencing menopausal symptoms. This week's class looks at Hot Flushes and Night Sweats, which are most common during menopause. The class includes:
- Women's Circle discussion
- Specialist yoga practice - this involves mainly Restorative yoga poses.
- Coling Breathing technqiues
- Meditation techniques to help reduce stress.
You'll leave this class feeling calmer, cooler and empowered with techniques to use at home. Practising yoga in the company of other women can feel supportive and reminds us that we are NOT alone.
