About The Event

These weekly clases are open to women who are experiencing menopausal symptoms. This week's class looks at Hot Flushes hot emotions such as Menorage and Irritability, which are most common during menopause. The class includes:

  • Women's Circle discussion
  • Specialist yoga practice - this involves Yin Yoga Stretches , that are held for several minutesand heat releasing Restorative poses.
  • Cooling Breathing techniques
  • Calming Meditation techniques 

You'll leave this class feeling calmer and more mentally and physically balanced. Practising yoga in the company of other women can feel supportive and reminds us that we are NOT alone.
