About The Event
These weekly clases are open to women who are experiencing menopausal symptoms. This week's class looks at Low Mood and Lethargy, Sluggish Disgestion, which are most common in postmenopause. The class includes:
- Women's Circle discussion
- Specialist yoga practice - this involves a dynamic yoga sequence. This is designed to stregthen your core abdominal muscles, tone your waist and build bone density at your joints. This class is suitable for women with Level 1-2 knowledge of yoga poses, but you are always given less energetic options and encouraged to go at your own pace..
- Energising breathing techniques that stimulate digestion and vitality.
- Meditation techniques to lift your mood.
You'll leave this class feeling stronger and positive. Practising yoga in the company of other women can feel supportive and reminds us that we are NOT alone.
