About The Event
These weekly clases are open to women who are experiencing menopausal symptoms. This week's class looks at low mood, lethargy, slow metabolism and weight gain, which are most common during post menopause. The class includes:
- Women's Circle discussion
- Specialist yoga practice - dynamic Hatha
- Energising Breathing techniques
- Meditation techniques to helps to find joy in life.
You'll leave this class feeling energised and uplifted. Practising yoga in the company of other women can feel supportive and reminds us that we are NOT alone.
