About The Event

These weekly clases are open to women who are experiencing menopausal symptoms. This week's class looks at Hot Flushes  and Irritability, which are most common during perimenopause. It also looks at the root cause of these hot emotions. 

The class includes:

  • Women's Circle discussion
  • Specialist yoga practice - this involves mat based Yin Yoga stretches and Restorative poses.
  • Energy Balancing Breathing techniques
  • Meditation techniques to reduce stress.

You'll leave this class feeling physically and mentally calmer and balanced. Practising yoga in the company of other women can feel supportive and reminds us that we are NOT alone.
