This week's class looks at how to prepare your mind and body for a good night's sleep.

About The Event
These weekly clases are open to women who are experiencing menopausal symptoms. This week's class looks at Sleep, why women in peri to post menopause experience broken sleep - and how to alleviate this. The class includes:
- Women's Circle discussion
- Specialist yoga practice - this involves gentle stretches and restorative poses.
- Calming Breathing techniques
- Meditation techniques to helps clear your mind.
You'll leave this class feeling prepared for a good night's sleep and with techniques to practice at night. Practising yoga in the company of other women can feel supportive and reminds us that we are NOT alone.
