This week's class focuses on how to maintain strong muscles and bone density, especially in postmenopause - and feel empowered in our bodies.

About The Event
These weekly clases are open to women who are experiencing menopausal symptoms. This week's class looks at how we can feel more empowered in our bodies and prevent the loss of muscle and bone density in post menopause. . The class includes:
- Women's Circle discussion
- Specialist yoga practice - this involves dynamic Hatha yoga poses that are held for longer to deveop strength and stamina.
- Reenergising Breathing techniques.
- Meditation to build mental discipline and determination.
You'll leave this class feeling mentally and physically stronger. Practising yoga in the company of other women can feel supportive and reminds us that we are NOT alone.
