This week's class looks at perimenopause symptoms such as anxiety, feeling overwhelmed and brain fog. The class includes:
- Women's Circle discussion
- Specialist yoga poses for anxiety, overwhelm and brain fog
- Calming Meditation
You'll leave feeling calmer, more mentally focussed and clear headed.
NOTE: These classes are ONLY open to women going through a stage of menopause.
