About The Event
These weekly clases are open to women who are experiencing menopausal symptoms. This week's class looks at how to manage Insomnia and daytime fatigue, which are most common during menopause. The class includes:
- Women's Circle discussion
- Specialist yoga practice - this involves mainly Restorative poses and some Revitalising stretches.
- Calming & Reenergising Breathing techniques.
- Advice on nutrition and vitamin supplements, natural remedies to help reduce symptoms.
You'll leave this class feeling revitalised and with advice on how to prepare for a good night's sleep.
Practising yoga in the company of other women can feel supportive and reminds us that we are NOT alone.
