Join this weekly Menopause Yoga class to learn the 3-key sequences that help women manage their menopause symptoms. Each week we will focus on a different sequence and set of symptoms.

About The Event
Whether you are a woman experiencing menopause symptoms or a trained Menopause Yoga teacher wanting to refresh you skills, this weekly class is designed for you.
The 90 minute class includes:
- a 15 minute introduction and Women's Circle discussion around the symptoms we are focussed on each week.
- a 60 minute Menopause Yoga practice led by Petra Coveney
- a 15 minute guided Meditation and breathing exercise, with an opportunity for quiet self reflection
Each week we will focus on a different set of menopause symptoms and practice one of the 3 different Menopause Yoga sequences.
This week, we start with the Vata sequence that helps to manage stress, anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, brain fog and a sense of feeling overwhelmed.
Week 2: Pitta sequence for hot flushes, night sweats, rage, irritability and energy surges.
Week 3: Kapha sequence for low mood, lethargy, sluggish digestion and weight management.
Week 4: Yoga for toning the Vagus nerve and Restorative yoga for menopause.
The classes only cost £10 (instead of £20) to make them affordable during lockdown.
No previous knowledge of yoga required.
You will need a yoga mat; a yoga brick (preferably a cork brick) or a heavy book; a yoga strap or a belt, a blanket, a cushion or pillows.
