About The Event
This specialist class is 2 hours long and focusses on menopause symptoms related to an excess of heat in the body e.g hot flushes, night sweats, rage, irritability and energy surges. These symptoms are typically occur in the perimenopause stage of a woman's life when there are extreme fluctations in hormones. However, the loss of oestrogen in post menbopause can also cause these and other symptoms.
The 2-hour class includes:
a. a women's circle discussion;
b. Menopause Yoga sequence specifically to reduce physical and emotional heat in the body; Meditation and Breathwork.
c. Guidance on foods, natural remedies and HRT.
Please only attend this online class is YOU are experiencing symptoms of the peri-post menopause. This is not a teacher training course and does not earn you CPD points.
