About The Event
Manage menopause symptoms such as stress, anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, brain fog and feeling overwhelmed. This 2 hour class includes:
a. women's circle discussion about these menopause symptoms, the causes and what we can do to alleiviate them.
b. Menopause Yoga practice with asana poses, breathing techniques and meditation to reduce symptoms.
c. Take home tips and techniques.
Please note: this Class is only open to women who are going through the menopause (peri to post). Please respect this by only attending if this applies to YOU.
