About The Event
Join Petra Coveney - Founder of Menopause Yoga - for a unique 90 minute class . It aimed at cooling and calming the mind and body caused by hormone fluctaions in perimenopause and the drop in oestrogen in post menopause. It includes:
-. a women's Circle discussion to share experiences of menopause;
- knowledge of sympton solutions including nutrition, vitamins, natural remedies, HRT, complementary therapies;
- 60 minute yoga, breathwork and meditation practice.
