Join Petra Coveney - Founder of Menopause Yoga - for this specialist weekly yoga class. Each week the theme is focussed on a different spect of menpause. This week 7 is all about post menopause. 

This unqiue active yoga sequence helps to:

-  lift a low mood, 

- energise a lethargic body, 

- boost your digestion,

- tone waist and stomach.

This class is best suited to people who have a basic knowledge of yoga. It includes some sun salutation poses.
