About The Event
Join Petra Coveney- creator of Menopause Yoga - for a morning Menopause Yoga class to wake up and feel ready for the day ahead. Each class focuses on a different aspect of the menopause from reducing anxiety, hot flushes, rage, to overcoming fatigue, lifting low mood, reduce bloating, reenergising to build strength. You can also request Petra to teach yoga for specific menopause symptoms.
Petra Coveney's classes in March 2023 are being offered at a discount price of only £8.00 (instead of the normal price £12.00).
Beginners to yoga are welcome.
You will need:
A yoga mat,
2 pillows of cushions
1x yoga belt or any strap.
Optional eye bag
Always have a drink of water nearby
Pen and paper if you want to write notes.
