About The Event

Menopause is the medical term given for the 12 month cessation of your menstrual periods. This is when your fertility hormones are reducing and the loss of Oestrogen has a significant impact on your body, mind and emotions. This can cause symptoms ranging from:

  • Anxiety or panic attacks
  • Brain fog and Overwhelm,
  • Insomnia and fatigue
  • Joint and muscle pain
  • Digestive pain and constipation
  • Headaches
  • Heavy or irregular bleeds
  • Hot flushes and night sweats
  • and MORE!

All of these symptoms are exaccerbated by stress. Menopause Yoga has been designed to significantly reduce stress, calm your nervous system, restore energy and mental focus - and help you to emotional navigate the changes in your body and life.
