About The Event

Perimenopause is the time before the end of your monthly menstrual cycle when you experience fluctuations in your hormones. These fluctuations can cause symptoms ranging from:

  • Hot flushes and night sweats
  • MenoRage and irritability
  • Joint and muscle pain
  • Digestive pain and constipation
  • Headaches
  • Heavy or irregular bleeds
  • Anxiety and panic attacks
  • and MORE!

All of these symptoms are exaccerbated by stress. Menopause Yoga has been designed to significantly reduce stress, release physical and mental heat in the body and help you to emotional navigate the changes in your body and life.

You are not alone!

This weekly class includes:

  • Women's Circle discussion sharing knowledge and experiences;
  • 60 minute yoga session
