MY Menopause Yoga supports women in their 40s and 50s who are going through menopause by holding group workshops and private one-to-one sessions. These include:
a specially adapted yoga practice with breathing techniques and mindful meditation exercises to help manage the main symptoms such as hot flushes, anxiety, irritability, insomnia, fatigue, lack of focus and low mood.
guidance on natural remedies, nutrition, Indian Ayurveda, medical approaches to hormone replacement.
a group or one to one consultation to share experiences.
One-to-One private sessions enable you to speak confidentially about your symptoms and experiences, and receive personal attention to your needs.
These sessions include a consultation, a tailor-made Menopause Plan with yoga poses, breathing techniques, meditation practises, as well as guidance on nutrition, natural remedies, self-care and the latest medical research on Hormone Replacement.
Sessions cost £55.00 or £45.00 if you book five sessions.
Many women feel isolated and alone when they go through menopause so I have created workshops which provide a sense of Community (Sangha). These workshops are an enjoyable way to share your experiences with other women, laugh and embrace the changes while also learning from each other.
You will learn yoga poses, breathing techniques and mindful meditation practises to manage your main menopause symptoms, and take away useful information about natural remedies, nutrition, ayurveda and medical approaches to HRT.
