Join me Petra Coveney for 1/2 day relaxing yoga retreat on Sunday August 17th
with optional Vegetarian lunch, sauna and cold plunge swim at Yoga In The Lanes, Brighton, East Sussex, UK.
When? Sunday August 17th from 12pm Midday - 4pm.
What? An afternoon of Menopause Yoga with Petra and a group of maximum 8 women, joyful conversation, deep relaxation, calming meditation and breathwork to restore your energy.
Cost: £60 GBP for the 4 hour retreat. Price includes optional sauna/ cold plunge at 4pm - and swimming / sunbathing on the beach with Petra is FREE :)
If sauna and swimming is not your thing, you can enjoy shopping, eating or sitting on the beach to enjoy the sea view and Brighton life.
