Join Petra Coveney - creator of Menopause Yoga, for a 60 minute live online afternoon class from 3pm-4pm UK time. This class includes Menopause specific restorative poses, with some gentle somatic movement, breath wor, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (as recommended by the British Menopause Society) to help reduce the sensation of hot flushes.
Hot flushes can occur in the day or nighttime, disrupting sleep patterns and cuasing daytime fatigue.
This mid-afternoon class can give you a welcome reset for your nervous system: a Meno -Pause to recharge your batteries and help you through your day.
In this class, Petra will check in with the people in the zoom room beforehand, offer generalised advice and guidance, and share easy to learn yoga, breathwork and meditation technqiues that you can practice at home.
This class is open to beginners and poses can be modified for people with common injuries and conditions.
