Join Petra Coveney - creator of Menopause Yoga, for a 60 minute live online afternoon class from 3pm-4pm UK timezone. This class includes gentle somatic movement, restorative yoga and CBT tools designed to calm anxiety and alleviate fatigue.
Non-specific Anxiety, panic attacks and fatigue, partly due to broken sleeping patterns, are common symptoms of the perimenopause to menopause transition and can continue into post menopause. This mid-afternoon class can give you a welcome reset for your nervous system: a Meno -Pause to recharge your batteries and help you through your day.
In this class, Petra will check in with the people in the zoom room beforehand, offer generalised advice and guidance, and share easy to learn yoga, breathwork and meditation technqiues that you can practice at home. She will also introduce you to some simple Cognitive Behavioural strategies that are recommended by the British Menopause Society for anxiety.
