Train with Petra Coveney to become a qualified Menopause Yoga teacher in 2026. You will learn how to teacher 4x specialist Menopause Yoga Classes, host Menopause Workshops & Women's Circles. This professionally accredited course is taught in person over 5-days, and is accompanied by recorded Self-Study Modules. It is classified as a Teachers' further training 30 hours Module by the British Wheel of Yoga and a 40-hours Specialist Teachers' training course by Yoga Professionals.
This course includes 5x live online tuition training sessions with Petra Coveney and 10+ hours of Self Study using pre recorded webinars and video classes in a website module format.
