Petra's style of yoga is specially tailored to helping people going through perimenopause to post menopause manage common symptoms.
Even if you are taking Hormone Rerplacement Therapy, you may still experience symptoms, or simoply want to join a cokmmunity class to feelsupported through this stage in life.
These classes start with a welcoming introduction, and then some simple tailored yoga poses, breathwork before a relaxation, and end with a meditation or mindfulness technqiues with a positive affirmation.
What you need:
1x yoga mat
1-2x blanket for the relaxation pose.
1x yoga strap, band or belt.
A yoga block/ brick or small cushion.
Optional Extra props:
Yoga BOLSTER or a large rectangular firm cushion or pillows.
Weighted eye bag for relaxation pose.
