Props:
yoga mat, block or brick, Belt or strap and at least 1 blanket.
Option to use hand weights but please take responsibility for your physical safety and wellbeing. Petra is unable to give one to one tuition of using weights in these public open classes.
Terms and Conditions: Due to the low price of these classes and the admin costs, it is not possible to give refunds.
Classes are never recorded to protect ypour privacy in your own homes.
