Petra is an internationally respected Senior Yoga therapist, teacher, Teacher Trainer for the British Wheel of Yoga, Yoga Australia and Yoga professionals. She is a professional Level 2 Gym Instructor (University of Brighton ActiveIQ) and author of two books on Menopause Yoga, published by Singing Dragon Books.
