About the event

This specialist 40 hours yoga teacher training combines the wisdom of Menopause Yoga with the science of Resistance training, using hand weights, body weight and bands to build muscle strength, bone health, balance and emotional resilience for this stage of life.
Designed specifically for women in perimenopause to post-menopause, every class honours where you are right now — and helps you grow stronger at you step into your Second Spring.
