30-Hours Strength Course combines the Sports Science of strength training using hand-held weights (1-3kg), Resistance bands and body weight with Petra Coveney's Menopause Yoga to help women develop strength, balance & resilience during and after menopause.

About the event
MY Strength Course - (Menopause Yoga & Resistance Training for women during and after menopause). This is an accredited training course giving yoga teachers and bodywork professionals the skills and knowledge they need to teach 4 specific classes that combine yoga with hand weights, body weight and resistance bands.
LIVE ONLINE: Zoom sessions live with recordings available to watch after.
DATES : 6x Monday's June 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, and Assessment on July 6th 2026.
TIMES: 2pm - 6pm (UK timezone BST).
CONTACT HOURS: 30 tutor contact hours (including teaching assessment and attendance at 4x weekly public classes) + 8-10 hours voluntary Self Practice & Study using the recorded modules
