MY Strength Yoga class October 21st

Join Petra Coveney for a 60 minute class to develop physical strength, balance resilience while enhancing your yoga practice. This uplifting class includes 30 mins Yoga & 30 mins strength training using resistance bands and hand held weights (1kg to 5kg) and body weight. Read health waiver before booking.

Petra is an internationally respected Senior Yoga therapist, teacher, Teacher Trainer for the British Wheel of Yoga, Yoga Australia and Yoga professionals. She is a professional Level 3 Personal Trainer, and author of two books on Menopause Yoga, published by Singing Dragon Books.
