Practice with Petra - Bite-sized yoga practices for busy people going through the menopause & post menopause + and optional CPD session for yoga teachers and physical therapists.

These classes are based on Petra's NEW pink book 'Menopause Yoga & Wellbeing - a Daily Practice Guide for perimenopause to Second Spring.' published September 2025.


This week the yoga therapy class is focussed on Menopause hormone related Brain Fog. Starting in perimenopause, the fluctuations and decline in oestrogen may affect cognitive function in some people. Short term memory or word retrieval, a lack of mental focus, clarity or slow processing are commonly called 'Brain Fog.' Neuroscientist Dr Lisa Mosconi describes this as part of the natural process of your brain adapting to lower levels of oestrogen and getting an upgrade by becoming "leaner and keener" in your post menopause.
