These classes are based on Petra's NEW pink book 'Menopause Yoga & Wellbeing - a Daily Practice Guide for perimenopause to Second Spring.' published September 2025.
This week's yoga therapy class is focussed on soothing stress and reducing cortisol, which becomes harder to manage in menopause due to declining oestrogen. Learning to manage your own stress - the fight or flight response - is the basic foundation for managing menopause symptoms because of its negative impact on your endocrine system.
Join Petra for a 60-minute live online yoga class for people going through the stages of perimenopause, menopause and post menopause. Each therapeutic class is designed to ease common symptoms and support long term health and wellbeing.
