Practice with Petra - Bite-sized yoga practices for busy people going through the menopause & post menopause + and optional CPD session for yoga teachers and physical therapists.

These classes are based on Petra's NEW pink book 'Menopause Yoga & Wellbeing - a Daily Practice Guide for perimenopause to Second Spring.' published September 2025.


This week the yoga therapy class is focussed on Menopause hormone related Anxiety. Perimenopause fluctuations in oestrogen and decline in post menopause can trigger vasomotor symptoms such as heart palpitations, panic attacks with shortness of breath and a vicious circle of psychological anxiety trigger by these physical sensations.


Join Petra for a 60-minute live online yoga class for people going through the stages of perimenopause, menopause and post menopause. Each therapeutic class is designed to ease common symptoms and support long term health and wellbeing.
