Qigong Yin Class: Join Petra's NEW 60-minute class combining the ancient Chinese practices Tai Chi Qigong that cultivate gracefulness and grounding in simple forms that feel like a moving meditation. Suitable for Beginners.
Petra will guide you through a warm up with qigong stretches and postures that help you harness your Chi/Qi energy, followed by simple tai chi forms such as centering Qi, connecting heaven and earth, separating the clouds, calming the storm, followed by restorative yin yoga and a short seated meditation. The yin yoga poses specifically focus on the kidneys, stomach, liver and spleen to support women during and after menopause.
What you need:
Room temperature water to drink to stay hydrated.
1 yoga mat
2 yoga rectangular blocks/ bricks.
