DATES: MONDAY'S IN SEPTEMBER 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th.
TIMES: 12 midday - 5pm (UK British summertime).
COURSEWORK DUE DATE: 1st November 2025.
Study modules focus each week on a different stage of the menopause, different groups of symptoms, specialist menopause yoga class curated and modified for common conditions in menopause.
