Yoga For Strength, Balance & Empowerment - Week 2:
Each week, Petra will focus on a different part of the body. This week, the focus is on core abdominal muscle strength. Petra will guide you through a class that includes safe* use of hand weights and integrate body and hand weights into her yoga for core strength class.
Video recordings of this class will be sent to everyone who books this class. You will also receive a video featuring PT Sarah Adarkwa demonstrating a warm up sequence, the safe use of hand weights, simple core strength exercises.
